OUR PROCESS
Before we begin cleaning your space, we discuss how we'll proceed bringing your carpet back to its original condition. Every space is different and some spaces may require different methods, different tools and more attention.

INSPECTION
We begin by inspecting the carpet for carpet type and condition, try to determine the types of soils and stains that are present and plan a cleaning method that will eliminate all contaminants based on your carpets condition.
PRE-TREATMENT
We then apply the appropriate “pre-spray” emulsifier and gently distribute the emulsifier deep into the carpet, top to bottom, to thoroughly separate the soil from the carpet fibers with a counter rotating brush machine.
DEEP CLEANING
Our Brush-Pro is “Shaw approved”, scrubs the carpet at the surface and at the base of the carpet fibers and does an excellent job of separating contaminants, making it easier to remove the soil later in the carpet cleaning process.
RINSE & EXTRACT
Then we rinse and extract the soil using our professional, powerful Truckmount – hot water extraction system (also known as “steam cleaning” equipment) and ‘Shaw Approved’, commercial grade rotary extraction tool.
REMOVE MOISTURE
We’ll then dry the carpet using our powerful, moisture removal vacuum and add an extra drying pass to leave the carpet as moisture free as possible. These extra steps take a little longer but results are well worth the effort.
PROTECT
Finally, to help protect the carpet from further spotting and re-soiling, we recommend adding Scotchgard Carpet and Upholstery Protector in high traffic and eating spaces. We offer this as the last step in the cleaning process.
*While we would like to completely remove any spot in your carpet, it is not always possible to do. We may be able to make most of it go away so that is isn’t noticeable, or even repair the carpet by cutting out the bad area and replacing it with a donor piece of carpet from an inconspicuous area such as a closet.
